A new way to write in Miro

Text is Miro's most fundamental content format, making up roughly 40% of all widgets on a standard board. Historically, users could only ideate and brainstorm work using things such as the text widget and stickies in unstructured ways, where their work in Miro usually ends. Miro Docs help users structure and formalise their work into a live artefact.

I lead design on Docs and have shaped it across every phase of its evolution – from helping define what a canvas format is, to shipping features and pushing code with AI-assisted development, to setting the multi-year vision driving the product's roadmap.
